True Friend
真實的朋友

A girl asked her boyfriend if he thought she was pretty, He said...no.
一個女孩問她的男朋友, 他認為她是否漂亮，她的男朋友說…..她不漂亮。

She asked him if he would want to be with her forever.... and he said no.
她問他, 是否將要永遠和她在一起, 她的男朋友說…..不會。
   
She then asked him if she were to leave would he cry, and once again he replied with a no.
她再問他，如果她離開他，他會否哭泣，她的男朋友, 再一次對她說…..不會。

She had heard enough. As she walked away, tears streaming down her face. The boy grabbed her arm and said....
她已經聽夠了。當她走開時，眼淚在她的臉上流。那位男友抓住她臂並且說 ....

You're not pretty and you're not beautiful. I don't want to be with you forever,
I NEED to be with you forever. And I wouldn't cry if you walked away...
I'd die...
雖然你不漂亮, 也不美麗。我也不要永遠和你在一起，事實上, 我需要永遠和你在一起。並且如果你走開，我將不會哭泣 ...
但我會自殺 ...

SO NOW I WILL SAY:
I like you because of who you are to me....A true friend
因此現在我將會說︰我喜歡你, 因為你對於我來說 ....是一位真實的朋友。

Remember:
"A good friend will not come bail you out of jail.... But a true friend will be sitting next to you saying .... WE screwed up!

I've learned....That the Lord didn't do it all in one day. What makes  me think I can?
我已經學習了 ....上帝不會, 僅在一天內, 做完所有的事。我又如何能夠？

I've learned....That to ignore the facts does not change the facts.
我已經學習了 ....不承認事實, 也不能改變事實。

I've learned....That when you plan to get even with someone,
you are only letting that person continue to hurt you.
我已經學習了 ....當你計畫向某人報復時，你只是讓那個人繼續傷害你。

I've learned...That love, not time, heals all wounds.
我已經學習了 ....是愛，並非時間，能治愈全部傷口。

I've learned...That the easiest way for me to grow as a person is to surround myself with people smarter than I am.
我已經學習了 .... 令我長成最容易的方法,
是與比我聰明的人們在一起。

I've learned....That everyone you meet deserves to be greeted
with a smile.
我已經學習了 ....遇見每一個人, 我都應當向他問候和微笑。

I've learned...That no one is perfect until you fall in love with them.
我已經學習了 .... 沒有人是完美的，直到你愛上了他們。

I've learned....That life is tough, but I'm tougher.   
我已經學習了 ....生命是堅強的，但是我比生命更堅強。

I've learned...That opportunities are never lost; someone will take the ones you miss.
我已經學習了 ....機會從未失去；只是別人掌握了你錯過的機會。

I've learned....That when you harbor bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.
我已經學習了 ....當你窩藏痛苦，幸福就會投靠別處。

I've learned...That I wish I could have told those I cared about that  I love them one more time before they passed away.
我已經學習了 ....我希望, 我能夠告訴那些我關心的人,
在他們去世之前，我會再一次愛他們。

I've learned....That one should keep his words both soft and tender, because tomorrow he may have to eat them.
我已經學習了 ....人們應該履行他許下溫馨的諾言，否則, 將來他可能自食其果。

I've learned....That a smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks.
我已經學習了 ....微笑是美化你容顏的一種廉價的方法。

I've learned....That I can't choose how I feel, but I can choose what  I do about it.
我已經學習了 ....我不能選擇, 我的感受，但是我可以選擇, 用甚麼方法處理我的感受。

I've learned....That everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you're climbing it.
我已經學習了 ....每個人都想在高峰居住，而幸福與成長, 都在你攀登它時獲得。

I've learned....That the less time I have to work, the more things I get done.
我已經學習了 ....我工作的時間愈少，我要做的事情就愈多。
